General rules
The WDF rules are the guidelines for the WDF Savaria Classic and Masters competitions. In the doubles competition, the rules known from the Hungarian Darts Federation competitions regarding players, scorers, starting rights, and other issues not discussed must be followed.
In each competition, matches can only be played with scorekeeping (writing) next to the board, which is the responsibility of the designated players. In all cases, writing is done on a tablet next to the dartboard. Through the tDarts interface, you will be able to continuously track live results from every board. Some matches will be available to follow on the tDarts YouTube channel, on a streamed dartboard.
The organizer ensures that the rules are followed in the competitions.
There is a buffet on site. According to the plan, darts accessories will be available for purchase. We will provide a separate wifi service for participants and guests.
There are many accommodation options available in and around Szombathely. There are two thermal and wellness baths within a 20-kilometer radius of Szombathely, in Sárvár and Bük, where family programs can also be planned. In addition, the town of Kőszeg also promises to be a great tourist destination.
The SzombathelyPont.hu website can help you find accommodation.
For young people and groups of friends, we recommend the rooms of the Garda Hotel Trend, which is close to the competition venue. There are over 10 free rooms available at the time of the competition.
The competition also provides a good opportunity to prepare for the WDF World Masters, which will be held at the end of October.
We look forward to welcoming everyone. We wish you good preparation.
